Diet? |
Diabetics often have higher-than normal blood glucose levels
due to the body’ impaired production of insulin or impaired
response to it. This causes glucose to accumulate in the
bloodstream, raising blood glucose levels. Too little glucose
enters the cells, which is the reason why diabetics are often
hungry, thirsty, and weak.
Healthy eating is one of the main strategies to lower blood
